Hi my name is Eduardo, and I am so happy I found out about OpenRoad. I was so surprise how easy it was to refinance my vehicle. The savings were amazing; I am saving almost $70 a month on my payments. The proses was fast and easy. I applied and in less than a week I was approved. Open Road has been a Blessing to me... Open Road has cut my monthly car payment in half. And had one month without a car payment. Thank you Todd Cummings! You guys have superior customer service... I emailed Mr. Cummings, asking him to call me, because I had a question. I received a call from him no more than ten seconds from sending the email. Phenomenal experience. I purchased a lemon car from CarMax and at the time my credit was terrible and so I was stuck with a high rate of 24%!!!! The large car payments on top of all the repairs was killing me. All my money has gone to this car. After making my payments on time for 2 years or more I finally tried to refinance it. I tried going to local credit unions, my bank, and other lenders online but no one would help me. Finally I saw an ad on Facebook and inquired OpenRoad. Within a short period of time Chase helped me to get the process complete and I finally now have a lower car payment. I'm 100% satisfied and it's a miracle. Thank you Open Road for helping me and making my life easier now :)

Had a great experience, knocked my payment down by 30 dollars and reduced my interest to half of what it was. Not to mention took it from a 72 month loan to a 60, I highly recommend open road lending for consumers that are trying to rebuild their credit.

I found the people very friendly and helpful with my account. We had a few issues but resolved them quickly. I would for sure recommend them to my friends and family.

While open road lending did get me a better interest rate and little bit of a smaller payment each month. It was a painstaking process. Whitney my loan advisor was not educated with the process. It took over a month to complete. And I had to send and resend documents over and over again due to her lack of knowledge of what is needed and how it was needed. Some I could send a picture. Then she would tell me she didn't get it. Then she did, then it was a need that faxed. Then mailed. Then every time you send something you get a generic email back saying welcome tonipentoad lending. I got that email almost a dozen times. It made this experience feel very non-personal. Documents would say fax in the top corner. Then I would get an email saying you need to mail them. Or take a picture. It took so long, I had to get my payoff twice because the 10 days were over the first time. Very disorganized process and company in my opinion. Thanks Scott

I receive a pre-approval in the mail, I applied online and was approved in 1 business day. I sent in all my documents within 5 days and my loan officer was very helpful. I did everything on the computer and had to mail in 2 forms of paper. And that was it. VERY FAST AND I'M GLAD I REFINANCE THROUGH THEM. Thanks OpenRoad Lending.
