When I first received their mailed offer, I was extremely skeptical. I then completed the online application, again with a healthy dose of skepticism. I was amazed at the quick response and actual final rate....they lowered my interest rate from 17.9% to 10.4% with no "gotchas". I am saving thousands in interest! Thanks!

The experience was pleasant , easy , fast . The only problem I had was getting my fax to work for us!! Try saved us $200. Month by reducing our interest rate.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I got a letter in the mail but took a shot and boy am I glad I did. Ended up saving $134 per month and my rep Was great through the process kept me very informed.

I had no idea this was so easy. Please allow me to thank Alisha Berry for keeping the effort to make this happen. I was skeptical at first, but she kept reminding me and encouraging me to stay on track with the process.vshe was very good at communicating the status with me. Honestly, if it wasn't for her efforts. I would have not followed through. Thanks for helping me save $150 per month. That is a lot of money these days! Juan

I was provided with excellent customer service thru the entire process!!! They even took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me on them!! I've never dealt with a finance company that went above and beyond to make sure it was what was best for me until I worked with OpenRoad Lending!!! I highly recommend them, and I don't recommend many companies!! Thank you for everything OpenRoad Lending!! My personal rep Ashley W. was amazing!!! She is one of the people that makes this company what they are today in terms of customer service!!!

I received a pre-approved letter and thought great! I hadn't thought about refi-ing but they letter came a good time for me to do so. Especially since the letter said I'd save $100/month. I must say I was a little skeptical about OpenRoad when I first started researching them online. I wasn't sure if it was "for real" or not, but that was based on older reviews from folks, who I guess, had a bad experience. Then I also saw their satisfaction % and BBB rating and was eased about it. Mine refi was good! It was a pretty painless process. I will say you're probably better off trying to fax/scan them your docs, than sending pics by text message. It didn't work, for me anyway. lol Besides that, it was good. Maria, my rep, was always helpful and willing to answer any questions I had, and she got everything processed timely. Thanks Maria and OpenRoad!

This company totally exceeded my loan expectations. I am working so hard to repair my credit. One loan I just paid in full was charging me 35% interest!! My former auto loan had an interest rate of 8% plus a high payment. Open road lending was able to offer me a lower payment plus they lowered my interest rate. I am so thankful. Lee Scott

I revived an offer in the mail re refinancing me new car at a lower rate. I applied and the approval and processing was relatively quick and painless. But just as important was my rep. She was awesome! Constantly updating and informing me on what was needed and where in the process I was. I am happy I chose them!
