I worked with an agent named Ashley Wilson I feel sorry for her because I was not easy being a first time re-finance customer. She had to deal with my old company who was less than desirable to work with and I appreciate everything that she did. I was never left out I was informed of everything that was going on and she even went out of her way to help me with old issues with prior Lending company. if everyone at open road lending is like her I look forward to staying with them.

Open road lending mailed me an advertisement stating they could reduce my interest rate and lower my monthly payments with a re-fi which is exactly what they did in less than a week and cut my payment in half along with my interest rate.
