This was an easy process and staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small lag in communication between my finance company and open road so make sure you continually follow up until complete. Other than that I am exceedingly pleased.

Very happy with the service I received it took longer than expected but Patrick kept me informed every step of the way. I saved on monthly payments but at the end the cost evened out.

I loved working with Mona Johnson. I am so glad to be saving close to $30 a month on my car loan! My only complaint is that Open Road did not disclose the fact that they "sell" your loan package to another partner lender or bank. So I was shocked when Wells Fargo Dealer Services called me and sent me materials in the mail. I wished that had been told to me because I thought I would be dealing with only Open Road Lending. But as long as none of the loan details were changed, I'm happy. They were able to get me to where I wanted in regards to payments.

Refinancing my car through them was the smoothest and fastest transaction I have ever done in my 58 years of doing business. They were extremely professional and did everything they said they would do quicker than I expected. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I did not like the paperwork process. It was long and too much was required. I've refi before with more reputable companies and the process was not as extensive and just as secure. However, I like the fact they make communication convenient that was a huge plus. I was able to text and email with my advisor and she responded really fast. They respond quick! My advisor was professional. And they have an office I could go to which made me feel more confident about who I was dealing with. It seems the company really appreciates their employees, that was a huge plus for me. When I went to the office it was very diverse, the staff were able dress comfortablely...the environment just appeared laid back. Everyone I came in contact was friendly and ensured I was taken care of. When you treat your employees well and care about them I believe you treat your customers the same. Lastly, the best thing about this company, my interest rate went down almost 6% which is a huge plus. I definitely recommend OpenRoad Lending.

Everyone I talked to was very polite. They answered all my questions, and explained every step completely. I was informed very quickly of progress and what the next step would be. Theses are the only ones that didn't turn me down and actually helped my situation.

My experience with Open Road Lending was excellent. Ashley was informative throughout the process. I was informed of the status of my application on a regular basis. The paperwork was effortless My interest rate is much lower than my original loan. And my monthly savings is $156!

The lady that helped me with my loan set the wrong material or never set stuff that needed to be signed. I had to talk to the supervisor to get this loan done. Not happy with the customer service. Great rate on my loan!!!
