They do use a third party which in my case was a credit union. Fortunately for me the credit union is close to my job and it's a very reputable credit union. honestly, the process was pretty simple. A few phone calls and emails and it was all set. What they failed to mention was my loan was not financed from them, it went through a third-party called regional acceptance corporation, which doesn't sound like a very good company to finance a car through. I tried calling them on two occasions and neither time could I get to a representative. I wish I would've stayed with Honda financial it was more money but I think it would've been worth it

Refinanced my vehicle by openRoad Lending and was financed on 10/17/16 the original loan was paid off on 10/28/16. Why ? Is interest being charged on this loan from 10/17/16 to 10/28/16. It's ok for the original loan to charge interest for this period. The new loan should start charging interest on the day of the payoff 10/28/16. I don't believe that interest can be charged on a check that is in the mail. Let the check be cashed first. Now i am paying two separate interest rates ?? C.s.r said that the bank servicing the new account would make adjustments. I am still waiting for an adjustment summary. Application id# 1343067
