I was very disappointed in the whole process, took a month for the payoff, I wanted to cancel wouldn't allow. Said system was down so checks weren't endorsed. You should have sent me 479.00 I overpaid now wait 6 to 8 weeks. Furious with this co put me through a lot. Never again

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience with open road lending.Our representative Alisha Berry was a complete pleasure to work with and made sure we were aware of the progression of our loan approval etc. every step of the way. We had never heard of Open Road Lending until we received their flyer in the mail. We had been thinking about refinancing our car anyway to reduce our interest rate, so the timing was excellent. After doing my due diligence (i.e. Better Business Bureau, etc), we decided to give it a try. Everything went very smooth. From the time we submitted our application until the time our new loan was in effect... about four days. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very poliet and helpful.. When ever I had a question or concern they would return my phone call so quickly and explain everything I needed to know. I would recommend them if you ever need to refinance a vehicle .

From start to finish could not ask for better service. Kayla Baker helped me, she was very attentive to all my needs and kindly answered all my questions, and I had several. She was very prompt in contacting me when I needed something. I have always gone through local banks for financing and was always to skeptical about using an online companies. But thanks to you guys you cut my finance rate in half, I pretty much kept my same payment but I was wanting better finance rate than lower payment. I had never heard of ORL until I got a flyer in the mail. I saw that I was prequalified and saw the fake check at the bottom. I was VERY skeptical about applying with them but then I just took a chance. I have made many mistakes in the past and my credit is in the process of being repaired and overall that was my fault. I applied and took that chance and they approved me. No, it was not what the flyer said but they lowered my payment by $94.00 a MONTH! I have read some reviews on here and honestly it is what it is people. The process took 1 week and 2 days and that was only because of the Christmas holiday. My old lender received their payoff yesterday and my next payment is not due until February. Krystal Ramirez was my loan officer and she helped me from start to finish. She was available and assisted me EVERY second of this refinance. I highly recommend her! If you are approved send in your documents as soon as possible. Yes, it may be a pain to get a document or 2 notarized but if you want it bad enough you will do it. They helped me and gave me a new start. A lot of these bad reviews may be missing a lot of details so keep that in mind. I say try it and see because you never know. Once again THANK YOU Open Road!

I was looking to refinance my car and save some money too. Which started out seeming as a really simple process turned into a nightmare, not to mention it took a whole month to be completed. Had I known what I was in for, I would never have gone through with the refinance. I continually had to jump through multiple hoops to be told I had to do it all over again. Now that my refinance is all said and done, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
