The agent who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, when i had to call a couple of times the other agents were very unprofessional and definitely not customer service oriented. Maybe because I wasn't "their" customer. Either way, it has an impact on every consumers experience, they are a representation of your business. Also, I was informed this would be a positive impact on my credit. False, days after the refinance went through my Transunion score dropped 81 points! Did not even know that was probably. Over all not the best experience, but not the worst.
