Overall a pleasant and seamless experience. I was weary but I'm glad I reached out and took a chance with OpenRoad. I had a wonderful experience with Ms Kay Johnson. The transaction went so smooth. My husband and I are so greatful to Openroadlending for saving us ove $100 a month. Again Ms. Kay Johnson was a great representative. I've never deLt with a company where the representative is so available. She called when she said she would or ic I called she always answered. That's what I called Customer service with a capital C. If she didn't know the answer she asked and got right back to us. Ms. Kay Johnson you ROCK and if anyone is looking for a great company to refinance your loan Open Road Lending is the better choice and I would most definitely recommend Ms. Kay Johnson!!!!!!!!

We submitted our application and then were asked for proof of income. Every time my wife tried to enter it on your website it was never sent through. She finally emailed it and was told it was received. At this point my wife was very busy so I took over the phone calls. We had many phone calls from a Johnny but EVERY time I called him back all I got was voicemail. I left several messages. I recently called your company to see what was going on and was told we had to start all over again and resubmit an application. Since I only heard from Johnny once and could never get him to call again we feel it is unfair to have to start all over again.
