Awesome in every way!

I would have to give my experience a 5 because openroad leading made it super easy for me to refinance my car loan. I worked on my credit and then went on their website and applied, I got approved really fast then started with a loan specialist and I was able to email all my documents to them with the exception of two. It literally took just a few days for me to apply, send over my information, and start saving money. I was paying almost $400 a month and openroad lending got my payments down to $218 a month!!! I’m very happy with the help I got and I would recommend anyone to them.

The representatives who we have spoken to are very nice and super helpful. The process was fast, i would of liked to have some things they needed be more specific.. had me calling and texting them what some things were. Other than that so far so good. Our payments got lower and gave us a stretch on our first payment. Looking foward to the next couple years.

Received a letter in the mail from this company stating that they could refinance my car for a lower interest rate. I tend to shy away from these types of advertisements but I was curious. I’ve never refinanced a vehicle before so I didn’t have high expectations especially considering my modest credit score. I took a glance at the reviews from various websites and 24-48 hours after submitting an application online and I received a call from one of their reps. I really just wanted to see what they could offer; even if it meant a few points knocked off my credit score without a contract commitment. The first offer was 1.55 points lower than my current interest rate, but I honestly wasn’t impressed. I honestly thought I was done with negotiations with OpenRoad lending after I declined the offer until I received a text from the rep the next day with another .5 points knocked off. I immediately snagged the deal. Submitted the documents via text, email scan, and mail. The entire process took about 2 weeks. Before the month’s end, the payoff check was sent, and my new account was opened with Kinecta FCU. I advise people to consider their own credit score before creating high expectations. Also KNOW WHY YOU ARE REFINANCING! Be realistic with yourself. And consider that refinancing also means getting new GAP insurance. Read your new contract before you sign!! Ask questions about the new lien holder. This was my first refinance, and despite my skepticism, this was a pleasant experience. The rep was willing to answer any questions and worked extra hard to persuade me on a refinance deal. This is MY experience and no this isn’t fake. These folks are verified. If you must know, you pay a membership fee (which is absorbed in your loan)....so that’s how I guess they make their “commission”. Would I recommend these guys? Yes....to anyone with a decent credit score.

I had a very good experience with Open Road Lending. The staff was friendly and worked with me in order to get my loan approved in a timely manner. The turnaround time for getting everything approved was exceptional! I would definitely use them again for assistance with future auto loans.

I was skeptical at first but everything went so smooth and I would definitely recommend. My interest rate was cut basically in half and I saved approximately 80 dollars a month. I’m happy with this decision to go with open road!!!
