Hi Brian and thanks for your review. We are glad to be able to refinance your new auto loan with a lower payment! In the auto finance business multiple credit inquiries are common with Car Loans. The good news is that the credit bureaus understand that consumers may shop for loans and as a result typically treat all car loan inquiries within 14-45 days (depending on the score used) as a single inquiry. So although your Credit Report may show more than one inquiry, the FICO scores computed from them will only count them as one! If you want more information, www.myfico.com/CreditEducation/CreditChecks/Inquiries.aspx is a good source.
