This has been the greatest experience ever for getting a loan. Me and my wife’s credit isn’t the best and when we needed a vehicle a year ago the major loan company’s took advantage of us. The process was really easy and Dana helped me a lot! The only complaint I have is that when it came time to mail one document they made me pay for overnight shipping which came to almost $50... Dana made it seem like I could get a refund but unfortunately I didn’t find out that was not the case until after.

I did 1 star, because there wasn't a negative. Not at all happy with Open road lending experience. No keeping me informed of what was happening, I did the chasing of paperwork, I did follow up on the payoff, I did the follow up to open road. It was very very poor communication, your sales people state often that they are sorry, they were just very busy to follow up during the process of having my title, my personal info and leaving me feeling like I had made a huge mistake...in a day and age where personal info and scams are rampant, I felt I was NOT In good hands with open road lending and I wouldn't EVER go through them again. I know this will get brushed under the rug as I'm not singing your praises, but it really was a very very poor experience!! Feel free to call if you want to know all the details, I can back it all up with your very own emails and phone call logs off of my phone. 9189338770. Crystal Gloyd.
