Everything was good, the only issue is that I did not receive any notice of the payout of my previous loan. I just received the statement from wells fargo showing my new payment and date due. You emailed me and said that I would receive a notification of this, but I didn't.

Perhaps it was caught up in your spam folder or lost somewhere in the shuffle of your emails? Either way we do apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact your loan care agent if you like and we can generate another copy of the final notification and send to you via regular mail or any other way you prefer.
