Everything was great except the payoff took way longer than promised so I had to make a payment I was not planning on making. I returned the paperwork in a timely fashion and open road dropped the ball

Thanks for your comments Mr. McCorkhill and I am sorry that there was an issue with the payoff of your existing loan. I reviewed your deal and will be contacting your previous lien holder to better understand why there was a delay in processing the payoff check that we send to them. The good news is that any over payment you made will be refunded back to you. Plus, I see that we were able to lower your rate and save you a significant amount of money on your truck payment with the new refinance so hopefully that helps to make up for the issue with the payoff to your previous lien holder.
