The rates that we are able to offer customers are determined by a number of variables including the year model and mileage of the vehicle being refinanced as well as the customer's credit situation. As with any lender, the better the customer's credit the better the rate will be. I reviewed your approval and while we weren't able to get your the rate you were looking for this time it does look like we were able to lower both your rate and your payment from, what you were paying.
