I found your team to have a lack of follow through, training and critical thinking. they neglected to inform me of critical details that cost me money in the long run but it was too late to go with another lender so I feel cornered into using your company. I would not recommend open road lending to friends or family. it felt like a scam to push my application past the deadlines to make the loan more expensive by giving as little detail as possible. EDIT in response to open road lending response - yes you were able to save me money in comparison to what I was paying however you weren't able to honor your original offer because your staff who was brand new and untrained misinformed me on the process, didn't guide me correctly and the original rep was removed from the process and let go halfway through. I was missinformed of the deadlines and their significance and then no one ever followed through. So I wound up paying $22 more per month because of the lack of information, training and follow through of your staff. So you keep that in mind when you are looking at how much money you "saved me". my time is worth money as well you took a good deal of my time. I was on the phone and sitting in front of a computer for 3-4hrs a day for 5 days dealing with your substandard poorly trained Representatives. If I could do it all over again I would have just stayed with my previous lender.
