I have been a customer of Office Earth for 1.5yrs. Generally, the service is excellent. The receptionists have gone above and beyond to assist clients and are polite and professional. I have given 4 stars because I still have issues with calls being transferred correctly to WA Time. It is so frustrating that I cannot set my location/time zone and local hours that I want calls transferred. Winter is not so bad, but summer is a huge problem when there is a 3hr time difference. This should be a basic feature that Office Earth have built in that just works.

Costly service. Office Earth lacks customer service and when you put an inquiry through they never deal with the issues at hand. They do take the calls with professionalism however that also needs work at times.

The first account manager that assisted me was non contactable and there was zero urgency around attending any issues or requests I had. This was difficult for my business and co-workers.

Still having technical difficulties with all inbound phone calls, with what seems to be a delay in the line. It would be great to get this resolved.
