Hi Sandra. Your review is for a specific product rather than our company, but that doesn't lessen how sorry I am to hear of your unhappy experience. You didn't enjoy "National Parks". It is indeed a busy puzzle with lots of intricate design elements. Because of that, it's not possible to avoid having pieces that overlap adjacent scenes. There's just too much fine detail throughout the picture to avoid it. But the important thing is that you have had an unpleasant experience and we take this very seriously.
