Octink are highly responsive to our needs and they ensure great communication throughout works, always keeping us updated with progress. The team have been great at assisting us with our H&S works on a number of sites, designing and installing new clear and concise signage. This has helped us immensly when we have been under strict deadlines to get works completed.

I've overall had a great experience with Octink, would like to single out Emma Baldwin in particular. I had a really high pressure job recently with a launch, and she was really on top of it from the beginning. She's also very nice to work with.

A great project executed in the best way possible. Hayley was an absolute saint and was so incredibly helpful throughout the project, from scope through to execution. The install team were also very good and would recommend these guys for projects moving forward.

Emma is a great account manager.
She always responds to my new jobs / ongoing projects swiftly, clearly and manages my expectations.
As there are a lot of projects going on across FABRICA and the other marketing managers maybe we could introduce a simple project plan / tracker. Could outline the job and a status just so at the end of the week we know what's in line for next week. Could also be a good prompt for us if anything is outstanding (including PO's).
Pictures of post production images to continue - this is really helpful when we can't get to site straight away.
Otherwise, no complaints. Thanks for all the hard work. Olivia

Dave was brilliant, jumped on everything, Emma as well, were constantly chasing up to keep the job at the front of everyones mind, which for me is the most important thing. Went from desing the artwork to install within a week, cant recommend Octink enough.

Our Account Manager, Charlotte, is fantastic, she is extremely reliable and knowledgeable about our business. Clark always ensures site launches and office moves run smoothly and he goes out of his way to help. The team are always so helpful on site and go out of their way to make sure we're happy before they leave.

I have worked with Octink for almost 15 years now and have always known them to provide an exceptional customer service. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed and the reliability of the teams, our Account Manager and the product they install gives me full confidence in their ability to undertake any project. Health & Safety is paramount to Octink, just as it is within the Berkeley Group, therefore I have an added peace of mind and reassurance that every project will adhere to our strict H&S and site guidelines. Those that I liaise with on a regular basis at Octink are well-informed and attentive to our needs and can process requests quickly and with minimal fuss, even when deadlines are extremely tight.
