We are overjoyed with the brand new signage and Opening plaques for our new Gym at London Rowing Club in Putney. We received great service from Octink, with David Spaul and his team providing expert and timely advice and highly finished products. We highly recommend Octink.

Richard Bicknell was very attentive and extremely helpful with such a quick turn around time. The team sent to install our vinyls (Brian and Ben) were amazing too, they applied our vinyls perfectly. The courtesy call after installation was an added bonus, and made us feel like a valued customer.

From start to finish Octink were excellent. David came to measure up, take photographs and ask questions regarding the proposal we sent him, he was very professional and helpful. I then dealt with Emma via email regarding the quote, payment and organizing the installation of the signage, Emma was very helpful and very responsive. When the work was booked in and we were unhappy with the outcome, (air bubbles in the signage and part of the lettering went into a cut in the glass) Octink’s director quickly called me to apologize and promptly had Ben and Brian visit us to re-do the work free of charge. Ben and Brian were very professional and promptly removed the old signage, cleaned down the wall and the new signage put up to perfect standards! Not a single air bubble in sight and the lettering was moved over to avoid the cut in the glass. We are now extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Octink for signage or other works.
