I believe this is one of Oakridge's early products. And it can still hold it's own with any of the other fine rubs. I use lots of Secret Weapon and Black Opps but keep finding myself coming back to this. Many times I will just add a little to complement the above mentioned and it always does. Good on both pork and beef. Also good as a shaker blend to put on table for service. Give it a try. You'll love it.

As complicated as this rub is I can't help myself and put on everything beef so far. You get the sweetness, the hint of garlic then pow-pepper and chilis smacks your buds sideways. Flavor is AMAZING!! Moisture was Excellent. Just barely a hint too salty.
The 11 pound turkey breast had a 15% solution. Brine time at half strength was 9 hours.
My only suggestion with poultry already in solution would be 1/4% bribe strength for the recommended time.
However, it is not a science, but an art.

Happily used Game Changer Brine this past competition season....honestly,we've started to use it for much more than just a chicken soak.
Seemed only natural that we'd use it for the Turkey Day bird. Followed the recipe on the website; 14 hour soak in full strength Game Changer Brine, followed with a dusting of Secret Weapon and Santa Maria rubs. Was a big hit, the star of the Thanksgiving table! Will surely do this again.

This rub is simply outstanding! Beef ribs or chuck roast really stand out when I use this rub. Its made my pulled beef a must at every gathering. works great with spare ribs and pork butts too. I ordered the sample pack a few times so I could try this rub on tri tips. My wife liked the smell of it so much she tried it on chicken one night. It was some of the best chicken she ever made.
