I've used the brine a few times with turkey and chicken wings. A+ does make a difference. Rib rub is well done and worth a try for anyone! Price is the same as 4 or 5 store bought containers easy per lb. Comp chicken is great on almost anything. Grilled or smoked. Will buy again.

I only did one cook with a small amount of Habanero Death Dust. I was unsure how much to add and was willing to error on a lesser amount. It did bring some heat to the party. I'm more of the person to bring flavor not just heat. A couple of more cooks will allow me to determine how much to add before its too much.

Oakridge's rubs are a little sweeter than some others. Having their rubs in the pantry gives the cook the option of which way they want to go that day.

Game Changer Brine & Injection
I used this for the first time for my Christmas Turkey. I have used Williams Sonoma's turkey brine for the last several years and the Game Changer had a noticeable improvement on the flavor profile, which all my guests commented on.
I cooked a 18 pound turkey and used the brine full strength for about 15 hours. 2.2 pounds of brine to 4/5 gallons of liquid.
