furniture you wont see in your average high street shop good value with excellent and unique designs. i have seen items on other sides that are very similar at a higher price, but more of an issue for me is that most other sites have a much slower delivery time. i bought a sofa from a well known store (i wont name and shame) which arrived over weeks after my novielo order despite being placed more than 6 weeks before!!!!!!

Disappointing. I love my coffee table but I specifically asked for delivery on Friday and despite ordering on Wensday morning that was not the case. It was delivered today when I told them I was at work so I had to go and get it from the delivery office on my lunch break, which I had to take early because the sorting office closed at 12. Very inconvenient & lucky my work were flexible on it, others may not be as lucky

Gorgeous well-made products with accurate photos which I have found to be a rare combination when it comes to buying online. I have one complaint which is that as I'm in Ireland the shipping fee was £20, which is ok on this occasion as I had spent a fair bit and it doesn't increase the more I order, but I wanted to buy a couple of kitchen bits and the delivery fee doesn't not decrease either. Don't really want to pay £20 delivery on a £30 order.
