Can't believe you've sent this form whilst not replying to any of my recent emails.
Completely unacceptable service.
I have not received the lamps I have purchased and no one is replying to my emails. Initially a got a response from someone called Jake saying he would investigate and get back to me ASAP. Since then I have had no updates and my emails have been ignored.
Please arrange delivery ASAP or refund the money you have charged me.
I will be telling everyone I know to avoid your company.

We ordered a new desk from Novielo London kept in touch all the way down the line, and when I had a query the person I spoke to was thorough and helpful in his answer which was very reassuring. The delivery company notified us clearly and in the expected time-frame about what they would be doing and the guys that made the delivery were polite and helpful. All in all a very positive experience. And the desk was fantastic!

good quality, just delivery procedure is a little bit annoying, I would like to have been given an hour window like with some other stores but only got told the day and it could come anytime between 9 - 5 when I'm at work. Luckily my wife was off work
