The audacity to ask for a review when as far as I am concerned I have an open complaint. I have not received the ceiling light I ordered and I have heard nothing from your customer service team for nearly a month after they went to investigate. You say it was shipped but I never received a tracking code or any correspondence from Hermes the courier you said you were using. Awful customer service. I just want my money back!

I must have misread the website but I expected the item to come in two ready made bed side tables not two flat pack items. Easier than Ikea to put up though and still very good value for money.
