As far as the customer service, I would give a star rating of 5. However, as far as the MP3 CD disc I honestly can not rate it any higher than a 1. I'm afraid I can not use it in the classroom at all as it would not hold the students attention. If I could have listened to a sample before purchasing, I would not have purchased it.
