We use Uncle Sam and You as part of our middle school cooperative. We begin each class by standing and reading aloud the scripture verse listed at the back of the lesson. We incorporate the eternal truth into how we can perceive its wisdom and live it out today. We were also able to supplement the textbook reading with the Lesson Review Book and videos from your Homeschool History site. The students stay very engaged especially as we review in team competitions and act out new information for better understanding.
