I am in the process of cutting all the siding for a 6000 s/f retirement home out of cedar. Half of that 6000 s/f is a detached shop. It is really fun and rewarding. Using lumber from your property to build a house you live in is just really cool. The mill has performed great. I plan on using it a lot more once I retire.

HD36 with the bigger motor and hydraulics, I just love it cuts great lumber, just fun to operate, have had it 6 months and have cut many thousands of board feet of lumber. it even works well in the winter, have cut a lot of lumber on sub 20 degree days
