Dan in sales was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond (due to the crazy rules in the town we live in ) to ensure that we would be happy. Heather at the office was always on the ball and informative whenever we would call and the two great guys that installed the fence on one of the hottest days of the year, Matt and Fred were excellent installers. Thank you all for a job well done. My good neighbors are envious (and happy too) since our fence provides privacy not only for our home but a few others as well from the unsightly mess & bad neighbors next door. We can now enjoy our yard again!

They installed over 200' of chainlink fence to fence on our back yard. Great company to work with. From dealing with Hank for the estimate, scheduling a time with the office, finally to completion was easy. The installers were on time and explained what they were going to do. When they inadvertently broke a drain tile they let us know and fixed it no charge. The fence looks great!!! Thank you!!!!

Provided a quote for a new wood privacy fence.

Work performed on time and on budget. Area was cleaned up. We were notified 24 hours in advance of crews showing up. All issues we encountered were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. For example, a section was installed leaving a gap we felt our dog may be able to dig under. They quickly addressed our concerns by replacing the boards with longer ones at no cost. If it's not right they will make it right! We definitely recommend NEO fence. Everyone from sales to install was friendly and easy to work with.

One fence post was broken over the winter. They came out and gave me an affordable quote. They fixed it quickly and correctly. Additionally, they checked the remainder of the fence and assured me that everything was fine.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were far more reasonably priced than other fence companies. They were easy to work with and very informative throughout the process. From the time of the estimate to the install date it took about 3-4 weeks. Highly recommend.

Install wood fence and front porch work

They installed an approximately 60? long, 6? high Western Red Cedar Board on Board Fence with 1? overlap board spacing. Since new fence would sit on land with an elevation change, I asked them to keep the top of the fence level, so I could fill in the dips in the ground later and end up with a ?level? fence. This required installing the fence posts first, then cutting each post as needed so they would all be level with the top of the fence. I wanted the pickets a few inches off the ground to keep the pickets from drawing moisture from the ground. Northeast Ohio Fence & Deck Co. did everything I asked for. The fence was installed on schedule, exactly as specified, the installers were pleasant, their workmanship was excellent and the price was reasonable. And, the installers didn?t complain when I insisted on checking the depth of each post hole myself. :-) Note: Cedar pickets are normally attached to pressure treated posts and rails. I specified stainless steel nails because home use pressure treated lumber is now preserved with Alkaline Copper Quaternary (ACQ) rather than the old compound that leached arsenic. ACQ is better for the environment but is corrosive to metal. The very best nail to use with the new pressure treated lumber is stainless steel, no blacking of the wood, no risk of early structural failure and it only adds a little bit to the cost of the fence. There are other nails that will work with ACQ but stainless steel is the best.

Put fence up along the back of property. Fence was put up too short, but was corrected very quickly.

I have used northeast fence for my front porch replacement , build deck on back of house , roof over the back deck and new gates for our driveway . I have been very pleased with their work and price . I would use them again in a heartbeat . Rick my wife and I will miss you very much, RIP RICK

We had previously had fencing put up by NEO Fence, and called them again to entirely enclose our yard. They did a great job both times at a great price. We recommended them to our neighbor who is also very satisfied with the fence they put up for him.

The installers were very diligent with their work. It was a difficult install due to the need to dig post holes in a very rocky area. Regardless of this unforeseen obstacles, the installers were still pleasant and did not express frustration. They arrived when they said they would arrive and performed all the work to which they committed. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and appearance of the fence.
