I am extremely satisfied with this company!!! I got exactly what I hoped for in this vinyl fencing with two gates. Customer service was excellent from the start to the finish!! The team that did the fence install, worked quietly and diligently. They were so kind and professional. Cleaned up as well as they could. The gate install crew performed exactly as the first team! I selected NEO FENCING because of their longevity in the business and the excellent reviews!! I am so happy I made this choice! Thank you guys for an awesome experience!!

We contacted NE Ohio Fence & Deck in late August 2019. They came the next day to give a free estimate; measure & assess our needs and also gave us a booklet with samples of different fencing styles. We selected one and got a more specific estimate with a time frame of when fencing could be done. Another company had come out the same day - gave us a much higher estimate and would not consider repairing part of a pre-existing fence in need of some repair work on the other side of our small yard. Their time estimate of when they could begin work was 12 to 16 weeks. NE Ohio’s time estimate was 6 to 8 weeks, and their quote, with repair of existing fence plus installation of the beautiful new fence was way more reasonable than their competitor’s quote. NE Ohio Fence came out as originally predicted, in mid October and did a wonderful job of installing our beautiful new fence!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I am writing this as the final boards are being placed on our fence and I have to say I am more than pleased with not only the work but, the entire staff. First, all the workers were very professional; they greeted us and introduced themselves, they performed the work as stated and with extreme care and quality. When an issue came up, a single call was made and the support team was out immediately to resolve the issue; the crew never stopped working while awaiting the support team. The Allens want to let the crew know that we appreciate all of the hard work they performed at our home and hope our hospitality provided some level to show just how much we were pleased with the end result. I would definitely recommend Northeast Ohio Fence to any friend or stranger. They are the best in the business. Keep up the outstanding work!!!!!

The new fence is awesome, tore down the old fence and hauled it away, straightened the metal posts on chain link gate installed a new drop down rod, they made sure my escape artist dog will not be able to dig under this fence. They took time to listen to us and went beyond what was necessary to make sure we were happy with their work!
