I appreciate Nomatic are a start up and recently had a summer sale so volumes increased however the notice at order confirmation stated a 3-5 delay on shipping my order. I ended up waiting 15 days without any communication to manage my expectations. The purchase could easily have been delivered in time for my holiday but it wasn’t and i’m a little disappointed as a result.

I had no doubts about the product; however, based on some online reviews regarding the customer service, i did have some concerns on how that aspect would go. I am glad to say that the customer service was awesome! I sent 2 separate emails and both were responded to very quickly.

this is a review for customer service not the product. Customer service here is almost non existent they do reply but after a week. Tried to change some stuff and they cant do anything. I have been a repeat customer because i admit the product is very good. But a warning to all if you wish to change cancel add or whatever you want to do with your order forget it there is no changing what your ordered. Better off not contacting them the answer would still be the same “sorry we cannot do anything right now……… your order has been placed….”

Nomatic backpack is cool, but I was under the impression that it shipped with more than one organizer panel. I was mistaken. No problem though. A very well though out bag. Great organization and it fits my 15.6" gaming laptop with ease. I'm confident I will enjoy the bag for many years to come. Thanks for the great design.

Love the Product and the only reason I’m not 5 Staring this review is the processing delay, I got an email immediately saying there would be a delay, I’m ok with that how ever the delay seemed to be longer than advertised, I had to send an email vs receiving a notification saying the delay is extended. What could be a great idea is a way of saying “your shipment is almost ready, we apologize about any delays and we would like to offer you a discount for any add on items.” This would not only give the customers the understand that you are not forgotten about but possible would add more to each order that might be delayed a bit.

It is great, textile might feel a big rigit at first but im sure it will loosen a little sfter some use. It fits about 6 cards, less if you need to carry a keycard.
