I was skeptical at first but my travelpack and Carry-on pro worked incredibly well on my 6 day trip to Vegas. I packed everything i need including runners and work shoes. I planned on laundry once anyway. I had three flights on my trip down, one flight was delayed 45 minutes and getting my bags at the end of my trip would have been questionable. I could have taken even more if I had used the expansion zippers.

XL Vacuum bag was a lot bigger than I expected which was nice! Super easy to use, just a bit time consuming as you deflate all the air, but worth it for the result. Worked perfectly for my camping trip inside my 40L bag and allowed me to include a lot more things.
A thing to consider which I realized while en route to camping: Remember that whatever you put in there will stay compressed and out of reach until you open it up again at your final destination. I made an overnight restop on my way to camping and to get a pair of socks, I had to open/decompress and then re-compress, deflate, and reorganize my bag rather than pulling out a pair of socks from the side of the bag. So, just plan ahead and organize as needed.

5-stars for Brie in Customer Service. She really saved the day. 0-stars for FedEx for losing my package and then not doing anything about it. You (Nomatic) should definitely consider adding the Route service which provides insurance and advanced tracking. Lots of other Shopify-based businesses use it!

I ordered a backpack to take with me on a trip to Arizona and Nomatic said it would be delivered within 3 to 6 business days which would have plenty of time before my trip. It didn't get delivered for almost 3 weeks later and I saw the fed ex driver drop it off on my porch where the package got soaked by the rain. I have yet to use the backpack but am looking forward to it.

This is my first experience and it was quite challenging, maybe because I’m a bit older. I ordered a watch at an unbeatable price but when I got the package the watch was not working.
