I travel more than the average person and I’ve had several different bags over the last few years. Nomatic bags have allowed me to travel more comfortably than any other bag because of their tech infused bag designs. I don’t like to check my bags in the airport so I’ve managed to travel very comfortably with the allowable carryon bags. I have the Nomatic travel bag that when expanded to 30 liters will still fit under the airplane seat in front of you. I combine that bag with the carry on pro and the 2.0 toiletry bag. I pack them out with compression packing cubes and I can travel with 3-4 weeks of clothes plus work tech. They are the absolute best designed bags for individuals who travel for work and would work for those who travel for pleasure. Be warned, the bags are so amazing that you will get slightly addicted to purchasing different styles for different needs. My only complaint, is that I’ve never received a reasonable discount offer for being a frequent customer. :)

The design is awesome, the materials feel a bit cheap, particularly the zippers. Ended up returning it

My product is allegedly backordered; I was never notified.

My account claims that my entire order was fulfilled; however, this conflicts with the pick list and the customer service agents I’ve had to constantly reach out to. I’m rather frustrated; on paper it appears I’ll never get my product.

Very solid and effective for organization, comprehension and efficient use of packaging space. Would be 5 stars if made lighter.

As far as the product goes - it's 10/10. I've never owned better wallets, backpacks, or notebooks... price is hard because it's so expensive. Most people I know won't see the value in justifying buying the bags without a discount.

Also, as someone who's purchased multiple bags, and wallets, it's frustrating that there's no benefit for returning customers.

Very good product and great service!

Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. I had ordered a bag from Nomatic about 3 weeks ago, but placed the order twice by mistake. I canceled my 1st order right away (way long before the order was ever shipped). But I got an email a couple days later saying both the orders were shipped. I contacted customer service (on July 14th) telling them about how I ordered the 2nd bag by mistake, and I cancelled it right away (long before the item was even shipped) and I was told that I will be getting a return label within the next 2 days (July 15th) since the 2nd bag was ordered by mistake. After waiting for another week with no response from Nomatic, I had to contact customer service again about the return label (July 20th) and was told that the issue will be solved directly by their representative. Still no return label. 3 weeks go by and I contact Nomatic again about the return and then I was told I had to pay for the return shipping (70$ CN) for the item I had canceled in the first place or they wouldn't accept the return if another week goes by. Very disappointed with the service. I don't think I will ever shop at Nomatic again if nothing is done about it. I wish I could return my other bag too if I hadn't used it a couple times already.
