So far I’m very impressed with EDvestinU. My loans dispersed on time and the staff is friendly. One thing I have noticed during my time at school is that many of my friends who go through other loan companies receive free resources such as Chegg and Easybib. It’s not a dealbreaker for me since EdvestinU has been so reliable, just a reccomendation! Thanks for everyhing.

Everything went through smoothly. Needed to supply a lot of additional documents which was a little cumbersome but I understand why so all in all it was a good experience. The interest rate could have been a little lower but I’m still saving money so I’ll be happy. Haven’t gotten the first bill yet so hope it’s all as planed.

very easy to work with. we have had quite a few student loans to refinance. your company helped us alot. anyone I talked to during the process was very helpful and very nice. I recommend this company to anyone that have student loans. THANK YOU!

Customer service departments is extremely helpful. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to access to documents. When uploading documents, I would like to have access or at least see what documents I uploaded in order to verify they were received on my account page.

I had a very complicated process due to a blemish on my son’s credit report and a glitch unfreezing my TransUnion account. It was a very stressful situation and both Tim and Shante (sp?) were extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great customer service. Whenever I had a question about my student loan, I gave them a call and was able to talk with a representative every single time. Very friendly and professional.
