Great experience overall. Had a couple hiccups along the way, but eventually got everything changed over from a different lender and was able to consolidate in a timely manner.

Using the website was easy! I was able to submit all of my documentation and received feedback if more information was needed. The only thing I would like improvement on would be the ability to actually see that you attached documents. You have to wait for the email letting you know the documents were received. Besides that one thing, their easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely use them again if I did everything over.

I was uninformed about the 0.5% discount with autopay on the loan interest until after the loan was already in place. I would have chosen a different loan if I had known upfront. Now it is collecting interest at 0.5% higher until I graduate and can change to autopay.

It was VERY difficult to get the necessary paperwork to your underwriters. the download through our portal did not accept what we were trying to send. Thanks to a couple of your phone people I was able to send them a personal email directly to their work email to get the paperwork in.

I was led to believe I would get a lower interest rate then the one I received. Had I know what interest rate I was going to get I would have taken my business elsewhere. Also, it took almost 2 month for the loan to close & make a payment.
I would not recommend your services.

Great experience; extremely easy, very well laid out and simple steps to follow. Having had to do a few of these I am very happy with my experience working with EDvestinU. I would recommend it to my friends who are looking into education loans as first time or for refinancing, like I did.

It was my first time with the whole loan process. Edvestinu made the process so easy! I will be applying for another student loan for the fall and I already know that Edvest inU will be who I will turn to.
