I have been using Vitex for almost 2 months to help regulate my period and stop spotting episodes between periods. So far my period has less clots and is less painful. As for the spotting mid cycle, it has decreased but is not completely gone as yet. Will give Vitex a good 6 cycles and hopefully by then my period would be normal again. Great product thus far.
