i rated this a 4 similar lune cause I'm not sure how you easier whether it's good or not. I like a lot of the products they have on this site and I like many of the ROSITA in the cleanse. In general I usually see changes from Women's best friend and vitex such as less acne, much less painful cramps during menstration, and shorter more regular cycles. Of course all of this is in hopes that I get prego and have a healthy pregnancy which has yet to happen so I guess we'll see!

I have been using this kit for about 2-3 months, first period with this kit is heavy for 6-7 days feeling good and 26 days cycle. then later second period is 27 days cycle but one a tiny brown old blood only happened at the first day, then ceased. now i am waiting for third period, i am not sure should I contiune as second period is not come properly. And after the first period finished about 2 weeks later I also started to have the Egg health kit, do you think it is the reason caused the second period problem?

Hi Yu L., The Fertility Cleanse Kit should only be used for one month (one menstrual cycle), not for 2-3 months. Fertility Cleansing should only be performed once every six months. We bought fertiligreens. It has a good composition but it is a coarse powder and it feels very grainy when mixed into drinks. If it was ground more finer so it is easier to mix with a smoothie or shake and not be observable, then it would be great.

I do not regret at all in trying the fertility cleanse. Since i finished the fertility cleanse i did't feel any pain now before and after menstruation.
