The tea's were awesome tasting. I was skeptical at first because they smell horrible but taste incredible. The instructions were very easy to use. I could tell in phase 1 that my energy increased considerably. My bowel movements became regular. I am very happy with the vitex supplements. I initially bought I vitex to help me heal my reproductive and hep balance my hormones. I was not expecting them to help me ease the pain of menstrual cramps. I later told my friend how happy I was that my period was no longer painful, and 2 months ago I recommended to her since she doesn’t have regular periods. She maybe has a period every 6 months. I’m happy to report that she has had her period these past 2 moths. She is very happy and hopeful she may conceive.

Yeah l had my phone consultation with Sarah Abernathy, she was very pleasant, super nice and very knowledgeable about holistic and natural ways of boosting and getting your body ready for concessions. If so, this is my review.
I lessened the dosage of the phase 1 because it was too strong for me. My periods came after the first phase and rested and started the phase 2 now which ends dec 7. The Phase 2 is good and I also lessened the dose.
