The tea is amazing and I feel the benefits right away, as far as hormonal balance, having a healthy cycle, bright red menstrual period, etc… however being a long time customer I noticed that the packaging of this product has changed and the amount of product you get with the new packaging is ridiculously small. I basically went thru 3 bags of $70 in about 6 weeks. Otherwise all else is great besides the small new packaging.

I started taking the liver cleanse and it was making my skin itch. I reached out for support on this issue and I was told to just stop taking it. No further assistance, no offer of partial refund, nothing. I'm pretty disappointed with this experience. I don't have a couple hundred dollars to flush down the drain and I don't expect a full refund but at least some type of goodwill gesture.
