Consignment arrived exceptionally quickly! However, I am still waiting for a reply to my Email regarding one of the products. Since products are new, I would encourage you to send samples with orders. With food products, taste, as you know is everything so how am I to order something without any knowledge of it. Perhaps just before check-out, you can give customers the option of choosing a sample. Just an idea. But what you are doing is great so thank you. And Happy New Year.

I wasn't happy with delivery of my 5 items. First of all i received an email stating my parcel has been despatched and will be with me by Wednesday. On Tuesday late afternoon i received only one item in amazon envelope. That disappointed me as for personal reasons i don't want to support amazon or have anything do to with it. Two days later, on Thursday (instead of original date on Wednesday), i received remaining 4 items delivered by yodel this time. Parcel came around 10 o'clock, according to the email i received about delivery. Allegedly the driver left the parcel in the safe place and left me the note where is it. When i got home, around 2pm, i found the parcel laying very visibly just in front of my front door so anybody could take it in that few hours i wasn't at home. I don't think that is acceptable for parcel worth around £40. So this was my first and last order from nkd living, purely because of their delivery system. Not happy customer.

I dont understand why I am being asked to rate our experience, when I havent even been updated about the status of our order, that was placed on 30 November. I have absolutely no idea whether my order has been processed, whether it is in transit, etc. So 1 star for the automatic email confirmation we've received for placing the order.

Ketone strips had been opened, foil seal had been broken on removing cap. Straight into the bin, no idea if they were contaminated or not. Not acceptable during pandemic!! Emailed customer services. No response. Poor, very poor
