Great alternative to sugar. I love baking but me and mum aren’t allowed to have a lot of sugar so I haven’t been able to. So this has been amazing for me because it’s got me back into it. I’ve already made banana bread, lemon cake & butterfly cakes since it arrived a week ago ☺️
