Three times the courier simply pushed a note through the door saying he couldn’t deliver. My housemate, who was at home throughout the entire week, managed to take deliveries from other couriers between these three attempts.
The courier cards don’t have contact information on them making it impossible to contact them, & their online tracking service also does not have any way of contacting them.
According to the couriers tracking website, I believe my delivery is now at the DARTFORD SERVICE CENTRE, but the website doesn’t give an address for this centre, nor are there any contact details.
In short, your couriers are utter shite & I still don’t have what I purchased.
