2 issues. Firstly, keytones strips give same result daily i.e ‘Low’ despite feeling extremely fluey some days, therefore I’m sceptical of these results.
Secondly, despite emailing the company twice about the fact that I have never received my initial order discount, I have received no reply & still never received discount.
The granulated sweetener is very good though.

Excellent delivery service. Have tried the brown sugar version as a ham glaze and it worked perfectly. Granulated also OK, but not used in cooking/baking yet.

The products are fine. The only thing I am not satisfied with is a poor packaging. When I received my very first order it was packed nicely but all following orders were packed in used boxes...

My item was supposed to arrive on Monday and it’s now Thursday and it still hasn’t arrived. I have had no update on it whereabouts only that there was a delivery attempt at 7:30am on Monday when I was awake and there definitely was no attempt made. Complete waste of time and money and still have no idea where it is or how to claim a refund. Just got to Holland and Barrat like I’ve had to.
