Ordered the spa cover and received a quick response with a few follow up questions to make sure the order was correct. I was expecting the cover to take a month or more but it was ready in about a week. Unboxed it and the cover looked fantastic. Only had if for about a month but I already see the savings in the electric bill. Would highly recommend.

Good quality. Giving you the exact proper dimensioning for the rounded corner radius was tough however. You provided more of a sweeping curvature than what I actually required but I made it work. I think you need to provide more detail on your website as to how to give you the exact parameter when it comes to the corners, or at least show more dimensioned rounded corner options available.

It arrived promptly and in good condition. My only reason for not giving it a five star rating was that there are no pull handles on the inside of the cover at the “split” where it folds. I had this with another cover previously, and it made it much easier to pull closed while standing inside the hot tub. We have limited access on three of the sides - especially during the winter, and those two handles were very helpful!

Very nicely made, and it fits ALMOST perfectly. The only issue is the placement of the tie-downs is different than my last cover - but that's my fault for not measuring correctly. I moved the clips on the spa so no harm done.
