Thank you for helping me getting a new cover for my old Jacuzzi Z345 that I just rehabbed.
The cover is quite lovely and as it was advertised and I have no problems with it. It is now installed with a new hydraulic top mount lifter.
It is unfortunate that the flaps got folded and creased in a way in packaging or transit that was not possible to smooth out. Especially in near-freezing weather. Perhaps you'd want to make sure that the flaps are in their position when packaging. The other thing is sizing. It would be great to get the info for dimensions of the various models of tubs as actual, not nominal sizes and put them into your website that way. This is an 80x80 nominal which is about 79+/- actual but the cover is a bit overhanging compared to that. That is not a problem here as the tub sits fine with a bit of a lip, but that data can prevent the goofy homeowner's mistakes of inexperience. The factories are more reliable to manufacture per their specs. Anyways, I am pretty happy to start using this tub around Thanksgiving and see how the hot water will soften it and settle it in place. Thanks.

Product shipped quick. Received in three weeks when was told 6-8. I’m curious about my elect bill because the spa heater is never on when I check it but the tub is always the perfect temperature!

The cover fit perfectly and is has functioned well. My hot Tub is not running as long to keep it warm during the winter. I will definitely reorder from My Spa Cover again.

An excellent spa cover. Well made, fits perfectly. Easy to reach the company and received excellent help when I ordered the cover.
It actually arrived earlier than expected and in good condition. Color is exactly what we wanted. Very heavy and sturdy. In fact, we do not have a cover lift and sliding the cover off the spa and over our deck (which is at the same height as the top of the spa) takes more effort than with our old cover. While I am sure it will hold up well to snow and wind. I have one concern and that is for the pull handles to hold up to the extra weight of the cover. Other than that small concern, I am very pleased.

I’m reapplying vinyl UV protectant ever couple of weeks (I live in the desert) and so far it holding up great!
