I contacted the company because I never received the keys or mounting screws for the cover clips. I was told that they would be back in touch, however I have still not heard anything. The cover itself is great and fits really well. The customer service however leaves something to be desired.

The cover is beautiful but, doesn't lay flat and leaves a gap where the heat leaks out. We put some heavy bricks on it and are hoping that it will get better with use.
