Very nice cover! i had been struggling with my Softtub cover for about a year. it had gotten more and more waterlogged, so was very heavy to open. My energy bill went up because it was not insulating effectively anymore.
The new cover fits great, the water beads up on it and rolls off. it’s light and easy to open now. It also looks very nice. What a relief!

I had purchased a spa cover from another company, and it was the nightmare from hell. I have to say this, in comparison, was a very pleasant experience. The ordering went well; the supplier double checked several things for my order, and even had me send a picture to make absolutely certain that what I needed is what I ordered. The only bad thing I can say is that they would not deliver to my home. Fortunately, my husband works in Miami and we were able to have it delivered to his work place. The cover fits like a glove. I opted for the upgraded nylon cover and it gives the spa cover an upgraded look. I am hoping it will last many years. It looks like it will.

The price was substantially cheaper than from my local spa store. The last one only lasted 4 years so I was pleased to be able to order one with a 5-year warranty. And the new one is much thicker than the last so hopefully it insulates better.
Ordering on the website was very efficient. I was relieved that my spa was one of the ones highlighted but I carefully measured my spa anyway. I appreciated that there was some follow-up correspondence, i.e. "this is what we are about to build...are you sure that the dimensions are correct". My cover was delivered well before the original estimate and the delivery was efficient with tracking info available. Overall I am very pleased.

The cover is exactly what I expected, and it arrived on time and with no hassles or up-charges. I know that sounds like faint praise, but this is the third company I tried. The first company just went silent after taking my money. The second was selling on Amazon, so I figured that would be OK. Nope. They demanded more money after the order in violation of Amazon’s rules. Luckily I tried Myspacover.com next. I wish I had come here first!

I really like the cover and the color. I didn’t use it for the first 3 weeks because there was a strong glue odor when I opened the first time after a week and the water had a yellowish tint to it, added ez spa to the water. Opened a week later, again glue odor and water was slightly yellow. Use easy spa again. Again the third week, odor gone and water clear.
I’m on my third top in 12 years and don’t recall that happening before.
