I will never buy another cover from this company again I ordered on March 15th today is June 30th still don't have my cover. The delivery company is taking their good old time also 5/7 business days today is day 8 and they said they will call for a delivery date and time

Ordered 4/17. Never received. I recommend you reading their reviews on Yelp and BBB. Most of these here are fake.

This company has not delivered my spa cover and it has been 10 plus weeks. When I call all I get is the runaround with no answer to when the product will ship to me. Terrible customer service.

When I ordered the cover, I was advised to allow 4-6 weeks to produce and 2-7 days to ship. It took 8 weeks to produce and took 12 days in transit. Tracking of shipment was difficult. Product quality was as expected,

The company took my order and measurements. Then they contacted me asking for a plastic template a week later. I made sent in the template at my expense. A month later, they asked me for the tracking number. The template had been received and signed for by MAGGIE, ONE MONTH EARLIER! When pressed, they finally admitted that they lost it, after making it seem like it was my fault somehow. A week later and they still could not find it. Asked me to send another template. I CANCELLED THE ORDER. Placed order: Feb 15. Cancelled May 15. What a joke. Meanwhile, months later...I still need a new cover.

One of the worst, if not the actual worst, decisions I ever made to go with these folks. Finally cancelled the order, three weeks of wasted time after placing it, because they simply could not be bothered to read the specifications provided with the initial order. The last straw, though, was their threat to void the warranty they were (supposedly) providing if I elected to remove two of the superfluous tie-down straps they insisted on installing, even though there was no place on my (Sundance Marin) spa to attach them. Hilariously, their warranty threats did not correspond in the least with the actual warranty terms stated in said warranty.
Ineptitude and malevolence are not a good combination. Don't waste your time as I wasted mine.

I purchased a new Oxford Grey spa cover on 3/9/23 and it arrived on 3/28/23! I orderd the rounded corner model w/ 2lb double wrapped core on a 5" to 3" tapered weather shield material cover. I also got the fully insulated seam w/ heat seal. This material repelled the water nicely during two heavy rains and it didn't pool on top like my previous cover. I like the color and am very pleased w/ the performance and customer service thus far (I called 6 different companies before MySpaCover and either no one answered or didn't want to bother w/ ordering a new spa cover).
