the right angle mounting plate was damaged, the vertical side was slightly bent, but not sufficient to damage the paint work or to prevent installation.

Excellent advice on the phone getting help choosing the right filter. Delivery very speedy. We installed it ourselves. Me (61 - - female) and my daughter (26). Complete novices to plumbing! We watched the video. Just shows anyone can do it. We kept our old dispensing tap and figured out how to use parts we had to connect the new filter without a Bunnings trip. - And we love our new filtered water. So do our cats! The elderly one is drinking more, which she needed to do. Her health has improved. Thank you so much!
