Some one made a mistake by sending my order to Telopea Post Office in Sydney NSW. I have contacted My Water Filter by online chat about non delivery to my address. The Telopea Post Office has sent my order back to the sender. Still waiting to hear from My Water Filter about this matter as at 14Jun19. Tracking 33LPY0003191.

Service was excellent!! Commend the team! We ordered but had unknowingly ordered the wrong size, but they called me to check as they did not want me to purchase the wrong one and be disappointed. They explained all about water flow so I understood the size needed for our residential house. Refunded difference for smaller unit without issue. Yet to try but if reviews are true, looking forward to seeing results.

I don't know where I would be without my Benchtop Water Filter I can really taste the difference with town water no more chemical flavors or muddy water taste.
