Loving the convenience of having MMC ready to go when i havent had time to cook.
Only thing i would suggest is adding more quantity of vegies to some of the meals to keep a healthy balance.

I have been using muscle chef meals for sometime now. I like most of the meals. Some don't taste that good, but a small price to pay for healthy food. My biggest gripe is the website. Once you have placed an order, it's a bit hard to edit it, or add items on to a delivery.

Like others here I started out loving the meals and I couldn’t wait to order more. Then the taste began to be like ‘off’ food and was unpleasant. I’m not sure if the food wasn’t sealed properly or if I just got sick of the taste. It’s a shame as I loved them to begin with but after two weeks couldn’t stomach it anymore.

These are pretty convenient for calorie counting. I didn't expect much because my main goal was count all the calories I eat while eating enough vegetables/fibres and do them without having to spend so much time preparing them. Good thing they're also pretty tasty. The pea mash chicken is pretty good for the calorie amount. Huge fan of the beef stroganoff one, for the "almost-cheat" days

One meal was a bit saggy on the covering. Not sealed properly. Rang MMC and they said not to eat it.
Meals need to have all the air out to be safe.
Risotto was too dry and I could not eat it.
Some meals taste great. Some are less than delicious.
I just custom order and do not follow a plan as I cannot tolerate spicy food.

The food is tasty and the macros are balanced but they use sugar in everything, MSG (eg chicken chipotle has flavour enhancer 621) and too much salt in everything. Also you really need to supplement with extra vegetables if you want a healthy balanced diet as they don’t have many at all and what little they do have ends up overcooked by the time you microwave it. This is the second company Ive tried and still not satisfied so Im switching back to cooking again as I prefer to be able to control what I eat. Ive realised that this whole idea of macro balancing is just a marketing ploy. Its really not difficult to balance your macros and do it much better with less fat and without all the additives. Chicken breast, Potato and veges is a low fat high protein healthy meal that takes 10 minutes to cook.

The meals at the start were great and we were happy with the portions. Then on our second week, most of the food were really tangy/vinegary and we thought it was off. Quite disappointing.

MYMC meals are a bit of a hit or miss. Some are amazing and I think to myself I can’t wait to order it again! Others on the other hand i cannot finish due to to taste. Some have come incorrectly sealed which resulted in one of my meals going off. More low carb tasty options would be good too.

The only frozen meals I've found on the market that have a decent amount of protein, and they are fine tastewise but it doesn't seem to matter what the dish is - if it's satay chicken or Mexican beef - they have the same meat texture & remarkably have the same taste. So it's not something I could eat everyday as I like variety in my meals.
