Hello, it was all good. However, when the package arrived, the box was open at the bottom. The flute was still in there, but it was a bit strange that the box was open.

Brilliant and easy experience at a very reasonable price, hired a decent viola in order to go to a chamber music course. No problems with viola at all, even got complimented for producing a lovely sound with it! Comes with rosin, case shoulder straps and shoulder rest, very handy - although the provided shoulder rest was not in great condition, rubber feet were disintegrating so I had to use my own. Overall great experience though.
